Our Privacy Policy |
It is our policy to practice confidentiality in the handling of all personal information concerning our email contacts, identifiable viewer data, and other related facts. It is not our desire to embarress, patronize or unduly focus on any individual to their detriment or discomfort. Viewer comments may be passed on during certain programming opportunities or in public relations efforts; but not so as to specifically identify and individual without their express permission either in the body of the original message or subsequent followup correspondence. Prayer requests received by this organization will be handled with even greater care to shield the privacy of the requestor. This includes, but is not limited to, not using the full or specific name or other requestor identifiable data of the requestor when assigning to a prayer warrior unless a specific authorization is made by the requestor. This also includes not replying to a prayer request unless specifically authorized to do so by means properly explained both on this site and in webcasted material.
Cedar Valley Ministries, the Cedar Valley Network, and its subsidiary activities will not sell, lend, or make available by any means to any other agency, organization, ministry or firm the email addresses, personal data or other identifiable data obtained from or about viewers, supporters and other contacts with us.

This website and its associated webcasting activities works very hard to comply with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act of 1998. The authors, composers and other appropriate parties deserve consideration when their creative works are used. With that in mind, these steps have been taken:
Much self-produced material is used for our webcasts.
A large variety of public domain and Creative Commons Licensed material is obtained for our webcasts.
When possible, specific permission for webcasting is sought with appropriate waivers from additional fees.
Where applicable, appropriate licensing fees are paid through ASCAP, SESAC, BMI and other entities.

Here at Cedar Valley, we pay great attention to security from intrusion, viruses, trogans, and so forth. We scan all of our material regularly for problems. If we discover that someone has violated our site and/or its associated files we will attempt to identify the violator and seek our every legal means necessary to bring the violator to justice.
