Make a Confidential Prayer Request
Using the form below, you may enter your prayer request. Follow these instructions for best results:
1. You do not need to enter your real name. You may either use your real name or a family friendly screen name.
2. We must ask for a valid email address to prevent spam, but we will not use it for any purpose unless repeated in the body of your prayer request.
3. You may be as brief as simply asking that we pray for you. You may include as much detail as you may desire. The Lord knows who you are and what your specific need is even better than you do.
4. For the Subject, you may either be very specific about the type of prayer or simply put the word Prayer.
5. If you verify the email address given in the form by repeating it somewhere in the body of your request, your prayer warrior will send a reply email.
6. Please give us some idea of where you are, for instance, NY, NY, or San Francisco, or Gordo, AL.

Our Prayer Team Policy
Your information and request will be shared only with our immediate Prayer Team Staff and a specific prayer warrior. No identifiable information about you will be shared beyond that. Our prayer lists and information will be purged on a regular basis to avoid long-term collection and storage of this data.
