There are two good reasons to contact the Tech Team here at CVN:
1. For FREE assistance when you are having technical problems with the audio or video of our programs. We do not charge for helping you improve your viewing or listening experience with us. That is part of our "Thank you" to all our loyal visitors. One email sets things moving toward more satisfaction and greater enjoyment of what we have to offer.
2. For low-cost, high-quality expert guidance on personal or small-business computer hardware troubleshooting or software guidance. We have the same capabilities that the warranty people have; that is, the ability to actually hookup online with any computer able to go online and make adjustments for you in many cases. If your computer cannot do that, we can still provide step-by-step guidance that is easy to follow. No long-term contracts are required. If your system is out of warranty, but you want to get continuing value out of a good machine, give us a try.
